Construction Project Manager
About A Group Construction LLC:
A Group Construction LLC is a Houston-based commercial contractor specializing in the construction of parks, playgrounds, hardscape, site amenities, and recreational facilities. We are seeking an experienced Construction Project Manager who is organized, proactive, and able to successfully manage multiple commercial construction projects from award through closeout.

Responsibilities
- Manage multiple commercial construction projects simultaneously from pre-construction through project completion.
- Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and procurement timelines.
- Coordinate with owners, architects, engineers, municipalities, inspectors, subcontractors, and vendors.
- Review contracts, drawings, specifications, RFIs, submittals, and change orders.
- Obtain permits, schedule inspections, and ensure compliance with project requirements.
- Monitor project costs, subcontractor performance, and overall project progress.
- Conduct regular job site visits and attend project meetings as needed.
- Resolve project issues quickly while maintaining quality, schedule, and budget.
- Communicate project updates with company leadership and clients.
Required Qualifications
- Experience managing ground-up commercial, civil, municipal, park, sitework, or hardscape construction projects.
- Strong understanding of construction drawings, specifications, contracts, and project documentation.
- Experience managing budgets, schedules, subcontractors, and change orders.
- Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word).
- Experience with project management software such as Procore, Autodesk Construction Cloud, Buildertrend, or similar.
- Valid driver's license with the ability to travel to project sites throughout the Houston area.
Preferred Qualifications
- Degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field.
- OSHA 30 Certification.
- Experience working on municipal or public works projects.
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus.
