About the Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) Role
The Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) provides direct patient care under the supervision of an RN or Licensed Independent Practitioner. LPNs play a vital role in supporting patients, administering medications, performing clinical duties, educating patients and families, and collaborating with the healthcare team to deliver high-quality patient care in an outpatient setting.
Requirements
- Current Virginia Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license
- BLS certification required within 90 days of hire
- Previous clinical experience preferred
