At Napa Valley Bike Tours, we're looking for someone who genuinely enjoys creating memorable experiences. Every day, we welcome visitors from around the world who are excited to explore Napa Valley by bike—and you get to be one of the first people they meet.
You don't need to know bikes (we'll teach you that). We're looking for someone who's warm, reliable, organized, and excited to deliver exceptional hospitality.
What You'll Do
As a Guest Experience Host, you'll help ensure every guest has an incredible start to their Napa Valley adventure by:
- Greeting guests with warmth and enthusiasm
- Checking guests in and getting them ready for their day
- Helping guests choose bike routes and recommending wineries, restaurants, and local attractions
- Fitting guests to the correct bicycle (we'll train you!)
- Explaining how the bikes work and answering questions
- Preparing bikes for tours and rentals
- Keeping our shop clean, organized, and welcoming
- Assisting with light administrative tasks and supporting daily operations
- Occasionally helping with simple bike adjustments (no experience necessary—we'll teach you)
We're Looking For Someone Who Is
- Friendly, outgoing, and genuinely enjoys helping people
- Dependable and punctual
- Comfortable talking with guests
- Able to multitask
- Detail-oriented and organized
- Excited to learn something new
- Able to work weekends and holidays during our busy season
- Comfortable lifting and moving bicycles (approximately 35–50 lbs)
