No Certifications, No Problem! There’s No Experience Necessary! This Construction Trainee program is designed to provide you with the skills, education, and experience to start your career!
Requirements for the Construction Trainee Position:
- Minimum to no experience in the field
- Speak, read, and write English
- Be able to pass a background check and drug test
- Provide Valid Right to Work Documents- (California ID or Driver's License, and SSC, DACA, or Work Permit)
- Education Level less than 20 college credits
- Reliable transportation to and from work
- Applicants for the Construction Trainee Position must meet the minimum age of 18 due to legal and/or operational requirements associated with this role
Schedule:
- 12 weeks, Monday-Friday from 7am-2pm, at Hope Builders Santa Ana
Learn:
- The Fundamentals of all trades- Electrical, Plumbing, Roofing, Framing etc.
- Construction Math and Workplace Safety
- Utilize Hand tools and power tools
- OSHA-10, first aid and CPR
- Training Designed for Job Placement Success!
*Please Note: This is a paid training role followed by regular salary wages once employment placement begins
