Job Summary:
Looking for candidate with police officer experience for Security Front Desk professional that serves as the vital first line of defense for a facility. They balance access control and surveillance with customer service, safeguarding the premises from unauthorized access, theft, and emergencies while providing a welcoming environment for visitors, vendors, and staff.

Job Responsibility:
· Oversee the main doors, verify employee IDs, verify vendors’ credentials and maintain digital or manual entry logs to prevent unauthorized entry.
· Accepting mail and courier deliveries and singing for them.
· Monitor CCTV cameras for each store, alarm systems, and physical entry points to identify suspicious activity or hazards.
· Deter theft and report suspicious activity to management.
· Investigate any guest or staff incidents, accidents, and complaints thoroughly and accurately.
· Greeting guests, direct inquiries, and accept mail, courier deliveries and singing for them with high professionalism.
· Act as the first responder during evacuations, medical emergencies, or disturbances.
· Partner with local law enforcement, fire department and emergency services when necessary.
· Report to the management team concerning safety hazards, property damage, or irregularities.
· Perform additional duties, projects, and responsibilities as assigned.
Job Requirements:
- Prior Law enforcement experience is required.
- High school diploma or GED; valid state or local security officer licenses are typically required or preferred (e.g., a Class D security license in Florida).
- Excellent verbal and written abilities.
- Ability to remain calm, make quick decisions, and de-escalate conflicts in stressful situations.
- Ability to operate electronic security control systems and standard front-office computer software.
- Ability to walk, sit or stand prolonged periods.
- Ability to lift and move items up to 25 pounds.
- Must pass background check.
Schedule: This role frequently involves work Sundays, and overtime hours to ensure building protection.
