- Soft skills are a must and strong work ethic is necessary.
- Targeted communication is crucial in this role.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends.
- Must be of legal age to sell hemp products, etc.
Responsibilities:
Customer Service - Interact with customers to understand their needs and provide product recommendations based on the customer needs analysis and psychological selling. We train on many areas most companies do not. You will become a better person in all aspects of your life.
Product Knowledge: Stay updated with the latest products in the vape and hemp industry. Educate customers on the benefits, usage, and care of products.
Cash Handling: Operate the cash register, handle transactions efficiently, and ensure accurate cash handling practices.
Inventory Management: Monitor stock levels, identify products that are out of stock, and take note of customer product requests.
Store Maintenance: Ensure the store is clean, organized, and presentable at all times.
Sales Goals: Strive to meet or exceed sales targets set by the management team
Team Collaboration: Work closely with team members to ensure a seamless customer experience and efficient store operations.
Feedback Collection: Gather feedback from customers on products and services, and relay this information to the management team for continuous improvement.
Compliance: Adhere to all company policies and procedures, and ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations related to vape and hemp products.
