Front Desk Attendant – Revive Studio at Summit
Revive Studio at Summit is a boutique wellness destination in Larchmont offering cutting-edge recovery and longevity services, including cryotherapy, red light therapy, salt room sessions, infrared sauna, and compression therapy. We help our clients look, feel, and perform at their best by supporting athletic recovery, stress relief, immune health, and overall well-being. Named Westchester Magazine's Best Wellness Center for Best of Westchester 2025, Revive prides itself on an exceptional client experience, and we are looking for a new team member to help us deliver that experience.
We are seeking a friendly, professional, and detail-oriented Front Desk Aide to be the welcoming face of our studio. As the first point of contact for our clients, you’ll help create a warm, organized, and supportive environment from the moment they walk through the door.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and check in clients with professionalism and care
- Manage scheduling and appointments
- Prepare treatment rooms between sessions
- Support clients with general questions and guidance
- Maintain a clean and orderly studio environment
- Enforce studio policies and ensure a smooth client experience
- Laundry, cleaning, tidying, restocking
- Supporting physical therapy staff by scheduling and checking in patients
What We’re Looking For:
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail
- A calm, hospitable demeanor under pressure
- A genuine interest in health, wellness, and recovery (a plus!)
- Availability for evening and weekend shifts (required)
