Our business is growing, our showroom is active, and our delivery schedule is always moving. We are looking for an organized, detail-oriented Office Administrator to keep our daily operations running smoothly and ensure our customers get an exceptional experience from start to finish.
What You’ll Do
This isn't a job where you're hidden away in a back room—you’ll be the voice and face of our office. Your day-to-day will be a mix of customer interaction, administrative tasks, and logistics coordination.
- Customer Support: Handle incoming phone calls and emails with a warm, professional, and confident presence.
- Showroom Guidance: Welcome walk-in customers, walk them through our showroom, and help them feel comfortable exploring our products.
- Logistics & Scheduling: Coordinate delivery dates directly with customers, and book/manage freight shipments through our online freight portals.
- Data & Numbers: Keep our internal tracking spreadsheets accurate and updated. Help customers with basic math, such as calculating simple pricing or double-checking layout dimensions.
What We Are Looking For
- Strong Communication: You genuinely enjoy talking to people, have an excellent phone presence, and write clear, professional emails.
- Tech & Numbers Savvy: You are comfortable working inside spreadsheets and learning new online portals. You don't need to be a math genius, but you should be confident with basic math and measurements.
- Organization Skills: You can jump from answering a phone call to updating a spreadsheet without losing your place.
- Reliability: You take ownership of your work and follow up on tasks until they are finished.
