Duties

- Maintain cleanliness of all kitchen areas by washing dishes, utensils, cookware, and kitchen equipment efficiently and thoroughly.
- Follow strict food safety protocols to ensure proper handling, storage, and sanitation of all food items.
- Support catering events or special meal services by assisting with setup, serving, and cleanup processes.
- Organize and restock supplies in the kitchen to ensure smooth daily operations and minimize waste.
- Collaborate with team members to uphold high standards of food quality, safety, and customer satisfaction.
Skills
- Prior experience in dietary departments or dietary aide roles is highly valued for understanding special dietary needs.
- Strong knowledge of food handling procedures, safety standards, and sanitation practices within the food industry.
- Proven ability in food preparation, cooking techniques, and meal assembly with attention to detail.
- Excellent knife skills for efficient ingredient prep and precision cutting.
- Experience in menu planning or assisting with culinary development is a plus.
