We’re looking for a motivated, dependable, and patient-focused RDA to join our growing team in Cypress, TX! We’re a close-knit, all-female team that takes pride in creating a welcoming patient experience while supporting each other and working together as a team.
What We’re Looking For

Active Texas RDA license and current required certifications

2+ years of hands-on dental assisting experience is required

Bilingual in Spanish is preferred

Knowledge of Eaglesoft software

Dependable, punctual, and accountable

Strong communication and organizational skills

Comfortable working in a fast-paced dental environment

Positive attitude and willingness to jump in and help wherever needed

Professional and compassionate with patients

Team player who works well in a close-knit environment

Detail-oriented and able to follow through on responsibilities without constant
