Job Summary

Compensation & Benefits
- Monthly Salary: $5,200 - $5,500 / month (based on experience and skill level)

- Stable Schedule: Full-time, approx. 59 hours per week (6 days/week)
Responsibilities
- Prepare a variety of high-quality sushi, sashimi, and specialty rolls with precision and efficiency.
- Handle fish filleting, raw ingredient preparation, and proper food storage in compliance with safety standards.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and hygienic sushi bar and kitchen work station.
- Manage ingredient inventory and ensure freshness of all seafood and produce.
- Collaborate with front-of-house and back-of-house team members to ensure smooth service during peak hours.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Sushi Chef with strong knife skills and fish preparation techniques.
- Solid knowledge of sushi rolling, presentation, and food safety practices.
- Strong work ethic, reliability, and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Willingness to work full-time hours including weekends.
