The Monroe Montessori School, celebrating over 40 years of serving children and families with Montessori education in Snohomish County, is seeking an Assistant Preschool Teacher for the 2026-2027 school year. Our Assistant Preschool Teachers partner with a Montessori Certified Lead Teacher to support the implementation of an authentic Montessori curriculum. Our Preschool staff enjoy well-equipped classrooms, small class sizes, and the guidance of a full-time Lead Teacher. An ideal candidate for this role would be flexible, able to work well as a team member, possesses classroom management skills, and has an abiding love of children and teaching. Montessori experience is preferred, but not required.

Pay: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour
