Location: Mountville, PA
Hours: 1st Shift, Mon-Fri
Hire Type: Temp-to-Hire
Pay: $18-$23/hr
Responsibilities:
· Manage the full-cycle recruitment process from job posting through onboarding.
· Source, screen, and engage candidates using job boards, social media, and internal databases.
· Coordinate interviews, conduct prescreens, and support hiring managers throughout the selection process.
· Maintain accurate candidate records, recruitment trackers, and ATS data.
· Extend job offers and assist with onboarding and new hire documentation.
· Support recruiting events, job fairs, and ongoing talent pipeline development initiatives.
Qualifications:
· 1–3 years of recruiting or talent acquisition experience.
· Experience with full-cycle recruitment and applicant tracking systems (ATS).
· Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships.
· Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
· Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
