What Can You Expect
- The Director of IT will be responsible for the definition and delivery of the overall technology strategy.
-
Manage/Oversee relationship of RY’s Managed Service Provider.
-
Develop and execute a multi-year IT strategic roadmap aligned to business growth objectives and field operations.

Establish IT governance frameworks, policies, and security standards appropriate for a $1B+ contractor.

Oversee and continuously improve network, server, cloud, and end-user computing environments across all office and field locations.

Partner with project management, estimating, and field operations teams to understand workflows and identify technology that drives efficiency.
What You Bring to the Table
- 10+ years of progressive IT experience, with a minimum of 3–5 years in a leadership or management role.

Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience.)

Demonstrated experience leading and elevating an existing IT team, driving accountability and continuous improvement.

Experience in a construction, engineering, real estate development, or asset-heavy industry strongly preferred.

Excellent communication skills; ability to present to C-suite and board-level stakeholders and translate IT concepts for nontechnical audiences.

Experience with construction ERP systems (Vista by Viewpoint, Sage 300 CRE, CMiC, Procore, or similar)
