Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

Oversee all operations on shift

Monitor Quality controls and audits

Process and oversee paperwork and data collection

Train Employees

Assist on machine maintenance as necessary.

Monitor Inventory levels

Staffing

Work effectively with other departments to resolve issues
The ideal candidate must be proficient with computers, have the ability to work in a fast-paced environment, possess a great work ethic and interpersonal skills. Strong problem solving skills a must! Prior management experience in a manufacturing environment is required.
