Our client is currently looking for a warm, motivated Physical Therapist to join a well-established, multi-specialty orthopedic practice serving communities around the Cranford, NJ area.

What You'll Do:
- Collaborate closely with physicians, physiatrists, and other clinicians to deliver truly comprehensive patient care
- Build individualized treatment plans tailored to each patient's goals and abilities
- Track patient progress over time and fine-tune care plans as recovery evolves
- Guide patients and their families through home exercise programs and long-term treatment education
- Keep clear, accurate, and timely clinical documentation
- Apply hands-on therapeutic techniques and modalities to speed recovery and reduce pain
- Perform detailed evaluations of new patients' mobility, strength, and functional limitations
What We're Looking For:
- Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) or equivalent advanced PT degree from an accredited program
- Active, unrestricted New Jersey PT license (or eligibility to obtain one)
- A genuine passion for patient-centered, compassionate care
- Strong organizational skills and comfort managing a caseload independently
