Hours: 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM, Monday – Friday

Pay: $20 - $22 per hour, based on experience

Overtime may be available after training, depending on business needs
Qualifications for Grinder Hand:
-
Ability to read blueprints
-
Surface grinding
-
Cast qualifications
-
Dressing grind wheels (flat and radius)
-
Standard measuring equipment (micrometers, bore gauges, etc.) use.

Understand micro finishes and GD & T tolerancing (concentricity, radii, squareness, roundness, and run-out, etc.)
Daily Job Requirements:

Follow all process documentation and work instructions
-
Operate various grinding machines for production and modification of existing parts
-
Use standard measuring equipment to ensure parts meet blueprint specifications
-
Collaborate with the Quality Department to ensure compliance
-
Follow all safety rules and practices
-
Demonstrate good dexterity and hand-eye coordination for handling small parts

Wear appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE)
Education and Experience:

High School Graduate or GED
-
1-2 years of experience in relevant grinding applications are preferred
