Role Overview
The Field Operator supports the Field Superintendent in daily site operations. You are on site monitoring equipment performance, executing scheduled tasks, and ensuring continuous operation at contracted availability levels.
Responsibilities
- Execute daily startup, shutdown, and monitoring procedures
- Perform routine inspections and preventive maintenance tasks
- Monitor performance dashboards and log operational data
- Respond to alarms and escalate to Field Superintendent as appropriate
- Coordinate fuel deliveries and on-site inventory management
- Maintain site safety and housekeeping standards
- Complete daily operational logs and shift reports
Requirements
- 3+ years experience operating gas turbines or large industrial rotating equipment
- Mobile or rapid-deploy power generation experience preferred
- Familiarity with remote monitoring platforms
- Ability to work rotating shifts including nights and weekends
- Valid driver’s license — travel between sites required
- Strong attention to detail and safety mindset
Compensation
Competitive contract rate. Strong performers considered for full-time employment as fleet scales.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $85,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
