Hampden Hills Post Acute is seeking Full-Time LPN Thursday Friday Saturday Sunday and Monday 6am-2pm
Part-Time Sunday and Monday 6am to 10pm
LPN Pay Scale-$30-$38/hr depending on experience
Duties:
- Greet newly admitted residents upon admission and participate in the orientation of new residents/family members to the facility.
- Arrange for diagnostic and therapeutic services, as ordered by the physician, and in accordance with established procedures.
- Prepare and administer medications as ordered by the physician.
- Ensure that an adequate supply of floor stock medications, supplies, and equipment is on hand to meet the nursing needs of the residents.
- Receive and record orders, and document the prescribed treatments on the resident charts, and care plans as appropriate.
- Chart nurses’ notes in a professional and appropriate manner that are timely, accurately and thoroughly reflect the care provided to the resident, as well as the resident’s response to the care.
- Assist with other nursing functions assigned by the DON.
Pay: $30.00 - $38.00 per hour

- Skilled nursing facility: 1 year (Required)
License/Certification:
- RN or LPN License (Required)
