Ridgeview Repairs & Renewals is seeking a reliable, skilled Maintenance Technician – Turn Team to focus primarily on apartment unit turnovers. This role is responsible for preparing vacant units for new residents by completing repairs and improvements efficiently and with strong attention to detail.
The ideal candidate takes pride in their workmanship, moves with urgency, and understands the importance of delivering a clean, rent-ready product on schedule.
Key Responsibilities
- Complete full apartment unit turns from vacancy to rent-ready status
- Perform drywall repair, patching, texture, and painting
- Replace and repair fixtures (lighting, plumbing fixtures, hardware — no electrical wiring)
- Complete minor plumbing repairs
- Install appliances and ensure proper operation
- Repair or replace doors, trim, baseboards, and hardware
- Identify and report larger maintenance or safety issues
- Maintain clean and organized work areas
- Meet turn deadlines and production expectations
Qualifications
- 2+ years of apartment maintenance or renovation experience preferred
- Experience with unit turnovers strongly preferred
- Strong knowledge of plumbing, carpentry, drywall, and painting
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- Detail-oriented with quality craftsmanship
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in various physical conditions
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
