What You’ll Do (but not limited to):
- Greet customers and provide top-notch service with a positive attitude
- Assist with shipping, receiving, packaging, and printing services
- Operate printers, copiers, fax machines, and POS systems
- Pack items securely using appropriate materials
- Help customers choose the best shipping options for their needs
- Process payments and manage cash register transactions
- Keep the store clean, organized, and well-stocked
- Learn UPS systems, store procedures, and promotional offerings
- Contribute to a fun, respectful, and efficient team environment
What We’re Looking For:
- 2+ years of customer service or retail experience (preferred but not required)
- Good communication and multitasking skills
- Ability to lift 50 lbs + and stand for extended periods
- Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn
- Comfortable using computers, printers, and basic tech
- Dependable, punctual, and professional
- Flexible availability, including weekends & evenings are required
