Assistant Superintendent - BLUvera Manufacturing - Fridley, MN
BLUvera, subsidiary of Mortenson Company, is currently seeking an entry leve l Assistant Superintendent responsible for providing coordination and supervision of sub-contractors and craft team members within a particular construction discipline. PLEASE READ NEXT SECTION TO SEE IF YOU QUALIFY.
This is a unique Assistant Superintendent role, more for an entry level Assistant Superintendent or General Foreman that is fine with working in a manufacturing environment. Only overseeing 1-5 craft employees/engineers and handling low production of new products being built.
Must have a creative mind, natural leadership abilities, and be one that could take machines apart (i.e. lawn mower) put it back together or an engine and beef it up. If this sounds like you, please apply.

**The base pay range for this role is $95,700 - $129,200. (Actual range is higher for the following office locations: Denver, CO and Chicago, IL – 5%, Seattle, WA, and Portland, OR – 10%, Washington, D.C. – 12.5%).
Base pay is positioned within the range based on several factors including an individual’s knowledge, skills, and experience, with consideration given to internal equity. This position is eligible for Mortenson’s incentive plan.
