40% – Coordinates, implements, and evaluates Dual Enrollment services for current and prospective students, parents, instructors, and partner high schools. Provides advanced student services support and guidance throughout the enrollment process, including admissions, placement testing, registration, records, financial aid, and tuition payment processes. Assists students and stakeholders through in-person, virtual, phone, chat, and email communication, and collaborates with Enrollment Services departments, High School College Advisors, Academic Divisions, and external partners to resolve complex enrollment issues and ensure effective program delivery.
30% – Coordinates operational processes that support the Dual Enrollment Department under the guidance of the Dual Enrollment Manager, including course setup, instructor eligibility, enrollment tracking, reporting, and program compliance. Develops, maintains, and analyzes reports to ensure data accuracy and support operational decision-making. Assists with updates and maintenance of the Dual Enrollment website and program communications, develops presentations and promotional materials, and researches and resolves complex operational issues requiring advanced knowledge of Early College and under-18 enrollment processes.
20% – Serves as the lead resource for the Dual Enrollment Program in the absence of the Dual Enrollment Manager by coordinating workflow, responding to escalated issues, and supporting daily program operations. Assists with training and provides technical guidance to full-time, part-time, and crossfunctional staff on Dual Enrollment processes, procedures, and systems. Facilitates meetings and presentations, develops training materials and operational procedures, and collaborates with internal and external stakeholders to support continuous improvement and effective program implementation.
10% – Participates in committees, special projects, and strategic initiatives that support Enrollment Services, Early College Programs, and Student Affairs. Performs other duties as assigned that are appropriate to the position.
