Ultimate LLC is a fast-growing construction staffing company headquartered in Overland Park, Kansas, supporting commercial and industrial projects across the United States.
We are doubling in size year over year and have done so three years in a row. The demand for skilled construction manpower is exploding nationwide, and to meet that demand, we are aggressively expanding our recruiting team.
This program is designed to build the next generation of top sales reps at Ultimate.
This is a ground-floor opportunity for someone with little to no experience who wants to break into sales and staffing.
You will go through a structured 3 month training program designed to teach you:
- Construction Sales
- CRM systems
- How to manage customers / build new book of business
At the end of the program, top performers will be selected and promoted into a full-time Sales role, with a clear path toward Senior Sales Rep.

- Work inside our CRM and sales systems
- Sales 101
- Assist senior sales reps with live job orders and placements
- Communicate with candidates and clients daily
- Support multiple departments to understand the full business
- Learn how staffing companies scale at a national level
This is a hands-on role — you will not be “getting coffee.”
