Farmward Cooperative is seeking motivated individuals to assist with our grain harvest operations during the fall season.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Receiving, dumping, and loading grain trucks
- Loading rail cars
- Sweeping bins and maintaining a clean work environment
- Performing routine maintenance and housekeeping duties
- Assisting with general grain handling operations as needed
- Season Duration: Early September through late November
- Opportunities for additional hours may be available during peak harvest periods.
- Dependable and safety-minded individuals
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Willingness to perform physical labor and work outdoors in varying weather conditions
- Strong teamwork and communication skills
