Your Responsibilities!
- Manage the full recruitment and onboarding process from application through hire
- Respond promptly to applicant inquiries and communicate with candidates throughout the hiring process
- Conduct interviews and evaluate candidates for fit within the organization
- Ensure all onboarding documentation is completed accurately, efficiently, and in compliance with requirements
- Maintain employee disciplinary documentation in a timely and organized manner
- Coordinate annual performance reviews in collaboration with leadership
- Partner with the Engagement Coordinator to support employee retention, engagement, and workforce success
