Job Overview
Right in the heart of downtown Pittsburgh in Market Square, we operate as a "Build Your Own" quick-service Mediterranean restaurant. We also do a good bit of catering.
Employees will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service in a fast-paced food service environment.
Responsibilities
- Serving customers with a smile and genuine conversation. We take pride in the relationships we build and pleasantries we share with our customers.
- Prepare food items and recipes efficiently while adhering to safety and sanitation standards
- Preparing catering orders
- Operating as a cashier for fast transactions
- Maintaining cleanliness and organization of the kitchen, dining, and serving areas
- Working well with the team to get the tasks at hand done proficiently and to quality standards
We operate as a team to accomplish the tasks at hand.
The ideal candidate:
- Ability to work quickly and effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Friendly and outgoing - this is a counter service job so you will need to know how to talk to people
- Previous experience in food service and has basic understanding of kitchen operations and food preparation techniques
- Proficiency in operating a cash register
- Catering experience

Pay: $18.00 - $23.00 per hour
