3. Expert proficiency in MS Office and the ability to learn Oracle and other new/in-house software quickly.
4. Excellent written and oral presentation skills, with a keen understanding of both grammar and effective communication practices. Ability to write announcements, training materials and employee communications that are polished and professional is essential.
5. Ability to present training materials in a clear concise manner
5. Ability to effectively manage competing priorities and multiple projects simultaneously.
6. Ability to work successfully as part of team as well as ability to take individual initiative to complete necessary tasks.
7. Understanding of and practice of keeping necessary confidentiality and discretion required in Human Resources.
