We're hiring an Operations Compliance Specialist I to support internal audits and ensure compliance with FAR/DFARS and company procedures. This role is ideal for someone with strong analytical skills who enjoys reviewing data, identifying compliance issues, documenting findings, and supporting corrective actions.
Qualifications:
- 0–2 years of compliance, audit, or related experience
- Basic knowledge of FAR/DFARS
- Strong analytical and organizational skills
- Experience with Excel and data analysis
- Bachelor's degree or 4+ years of related experience
- Aerospace, Defense, DoD, Military, or internship experience is a plus
