As the first and last impression of our hotels, our Front Desk Agents play a vital role in delivering exceptional service while ensuring smooth daily operations.
Responsibilities:
- Welcome guests with a warm, professional greeting and provide outstanding customer service.
- Complete guest check-in and check-out procedures accurately and efficiently.
- Utilize Hilton's Property Engagement Platform (PEP), reservation systems, and Hilton applications.
- Monitor and manage third-party booking extranets as assigned.
- Handle guest requests, concerns, and service recovery situations with professionalism and urgency.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and professional front desk environment.
- Keep the hotel market stocked, organized, and guest-ready.
- Follow all Hilton brand standards, policies, and procedures.
- Maintain a professional appearance, including proper uniform and name tag at all times.
- Assist with achieving guest satisfaction and Hilton Honors enrollment goals.
- Communicate effectively with all hotel departments to ensure a seamless guest experience.
- Reports to Front Desk Supervisor and Front Desk Manager
- Works closely with Director of Sales and Management team
Qualifications:
- Previous hotel, customer service, or hospitality experience preferred.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.
- Positive attitude and strong attention to detail.
