Ava Behavioral Health Clinics PLLC is actively hiring licensed behavioral health providers to join our growing outpatient telehealth practice serving adult clients throughout Washington State.
Whether you are an experienced clinician or newly licensed, we provide the administrative support, insurance credentialing, billing services, and technology so you can focus on providing exceptional client care.
This position is ideal for clinicians seeking flexibility, autonomy, and the opportunity to build or expand their caseload.

Compensation
- $70–$110 per clinical hour

Responsibilities
- Provide psychotherapy via secure telehealth.
- Conduct diagnostic assessments and develop treatment plans.
- Complete progress notes and documentation in a timely manner.
- Maintain accurate clinical records.
- Monitor client progress and update treatment goals.
- Coordinate care with other healthcare professionals when appropriate.
- Follow HIPAA, ethical, and Washington State licensing standards.
- Participate in supervision when required by your license.
QualificationsRequired
- Active Washington State license as one of the following:
- LMHC
- LMHCA
- LMFT
- LMFTA
- LICSW
- LSWAIC
- Licensed Psychologist
- Master's or Doctoral degree in a behavioral health discipline.
- Professional liability insurance (or ability to obtain before start date).
- Reliable internet connection and private workspace for telehealth.
Preferred
Experience providing treatment for:
- Anxiety
- Depression
- Trauma/PTSD
- ADHD
- Mood Disorders
- Stress Management
- Grief & Loss
- Relationship Concerns
Experience using evidence-based therapies such as CBT, DBT, ACT, Motivational Interviewing, or Trauma-Informed Care is preferred.
