Western Peaks Logistics is the premier same-day/next-day and last-mile freight-forwarding, delivery, and logistics solutions provider serving the Rocky Mountain West. Western peaks Logistics serves the entire intermountain west and we have hubs in 11 cities.
Responsibilities: - Safely operate a variety of trucks, including, tractor-trailer, - Load and unload cargo using appropriate equipment such as forklifts or manual labor - Follow all traffic laws and regulations while driving - Perform routine inspections and maintenance on vehicles to ensure they are in good working condition - Plan and execute efficient routes to meet delivery schedules - Communicate effectively with dispatchers, customers, and team members - Complete all necessary paperwork and documentation accurately and on time Requirements: - Valid commercial driver's license (CDL) with appropriate endorsements - Minimum of 1 years of experience in commercial driving - Clean driving record with no major violations or accidents - Ability to operate manual and automatic transmission vehicles - Strong attention to detail and excellent time management skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Physical stamina to handle the demands of long hours on the road Note: This job description is not intended to be all-inclusive. Employee may perform other related duties as negotiated to meet the ongoing needs of the organization. Mountain driving and chaining experience is required. We offer dedicated Day/Night routes and home daily. Mountain Routes have higher pay incentives .

Pay: $75,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
