Ultimate Therapy is seeking a full-time Physical Therapist Assistant to support the rehab team in a skilled nursing facility. This role focuses on helping residents improve mobility, safety, and overall function.
What You'll Do:

Carry out treatment plans under the direction of a Physical Therapist

Provide hands-on interventions to support strength, balance, and mobility

Observe resident performance and report updates to the supervising therapist

Assist with functional activities and mobility training

Complete accurate and timely documentation
Qualifications:

Active Physical Therapist Assistant license required

Team-oriented with a patient-focused approach
