Job Overview
Join one of the region's leading RV dealerships and help shape the future of our marketing efforts. Beckley's RVs is seeking a creative, organized, and driven Marketing Coordinator. This role blends creativity, digital marketing, photography, inventory merchandising, branding, and campaign execution while offering significant opportunities for professional growth.
The Marketing Coordinator will be responsible for managing inventory marketing, supporting dealership events and promotions, maintaining brand consistency across all locations, and assisting with digital marketing initiatives. This position will work closely with leadership to execute marketing campaigns, enhance the customer experience, and strengthen Beckley's RVs' brand presence in the marketplace.

Key Responsibilities
Day to Day Marketing Operations
- Own inventory marketing across dealership websites and third-party marketplaces, ensuring listings are accurate, complete, and visually compelling.
- Manage inventory merchandising, including pricing, descriptions, photography, RV sale signs, weight stickers, and other point-of-sale marketing materials.
- Maintain website quality and ensure inventory information reflects current dealership offerings.
Content Creation & Brand Management
- Develop and execute engaging content for digital, print, and social media platforms that aligns with the Beckley's RVs brand.
- Design marketing materials using Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar design software.
- Capture and edit photography and basic video content to support marketing campaigns and dealership initiatives.
Campaigns & Internal Marketing
- Plan, coordinate, and execute dealership promotions, sales events, and community outreach initiatives.
- Create and manage promotional materials for seasonal campaigns and special events.
- Own internal marketing communications, including employee newsletters, recognition programs, and company announcements.
Digital Marketing
- Manage website updates, digital content, and email marketing campaigns.
- Monitor campaign performance, analyze results, and recommend improvements based on marketing metrics.
- Leverage AI tools and emerging marketing technology to improve efficiency, creativity, and campaign effectiveness.
Marketing Department Administration
- Manage marketing inventory, branded merchandise, business cards, apparel, and promotional materials.
- Maintain organized marketing assets, files, and project documentation.
- Prioritize and manage multiple projects while meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Partner with dealership leadership to support marketing initiatives and contribute ideas that enhance brand awareness, customer engagement, and business growth.
- Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Graphic Design, or Business preferred
- Marketing experience is preferred, but recent graduates with a strong portfolio or relevant internship experience are encouraged to apply
- Prior experience in business social media management
- Graphic design proficiency in software such as Canva, Adobe, Express, etc.
- Proficiency in photography and basic video editing skills
- Eligible work authorization in the U.S.
- The ability to work independently and as a team member.
- Strong attention to detail and proofreading skills
- Excellent communication, organizational and learning skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Expected Hours of Work
Full time, 40 hours per week, with potential over time.
