Overview
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Auto Body Technician to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in automotive repair, auto painting, and bodywork. This role involves repairing and restoring vehicles to their original condition, utilizing a variety of tools and techniques. Responsibilities
- Perform auto body repairs including dent removal, panel replacement, and sheet metal work
- Conduct auto painting using paint spraying techniques
- Utilize MIG welding, soldering, and other welding methods for fabricating and repairing vehicle components
- Assist with auto restoration projects requiring fabrication, sheet metal work, and custom modifications
- Ensure all repairs meet safety standards and quality expectations
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment
Experience
- Prior experience is highly desirable
- Proficiency in MIG welding, fabrication, auto body repair, and auto painting techniques
- Mechanical knowledge of vehicle systems and automotive repair processes
- Experience with auto estimating and customer service is a plus
- Skilled in the use of hand tools, power tools, welding equipment, and auto glass installation
- Knowledge of auto restoration projects including sheet metal work and auto detailing
- Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and efficiently during repair procedures
- Familiarity with paint spraying systems and auto painting best practices
- Previous mechanic experience or automotive repair background is advantageous

Pay: $60,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
