As the first point of contact for our clients, you'll play a vital role in creating a positive experience while helping our office run smoothly and efficiently. What You'll Do
- Welcome clients and visitors with professionalism and a positive attitude.
- Answer incoming phone calls, assist with client inquiries, and connect clients with the appropriate team member.
- Perform accurate data entry and maintain organized client records using our CRM system.
- Schedule appointments and coordinate meetings for insurance agents.
- Process incoming and outgoing mail and prepare documents as needed.
- Keep the front office clean, organized, and running efficiently.
- Monitor and replenish office supplies.
- Communicate with clients in English and Farsi when applicable (Farsi is preferred but not required).
- Utilize Microsoft Excel and CRM software to support daily office operations.
What We're Looking For
We're looking for someone who is:
- Friendly, professional, and enjoys working with people.
- Dependable with a strong work ethic and willingness to learn.
- Organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask in a fast-paced office.
- Comfortable communicating over the phone and in person.
- Able to type at least 50 words per minute (WPM).
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and comfortable learning new software, including CRM systems.
- Fluent in English. Farsi is preferred but not required.
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience in customer service, reception, retail, hospitality, or an administrative role is a plus, but not required.
- Experience in healthcare or insurance is helpful but not necessary—we're happy to train the right candidate.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
