Now Hiring: Rockstar Medication Technician Nights
Our Lady of Mercy Country Home | Full-Time or Part-Time | Shifts that won’t steal your joy!
Are you the kind of person who keeps a cool head, a kind heart, and a calendar that runs smoother than a hospital floor at 3 AM? Good news—we’re looking for YOU.
About Us:
We’re a team of caregivers, laugh-sharers, and compassionate pros who believe healthcare should be high-quality and human. Our community is more than a facility—it’s a family (but like, the kind you actually want to spend time with).
What You’ll Be Doing (a.k.a. Your Superpowers):
- Safely and accurately administer medications like a boss
- Keep detailed records that would make a librarian proud
- Communicate with residents and families like the friendly, helpful human you are
- Team up with other caregivers and Staffing Coordinators to make every shift smoother than your favorite playlist
- Be the calm in the storm, the smile in the room, and the reason someone feels safe today
You Bring:
Certification as a Medication Technician in MIssouri (NO LIMAs, please)
Attention to detail sharper than a new syringe
A positive attitude and a heart full of empathy
Ability to handle fast-paced days with grace, humor, and maybe a little caffeine
We Bring:
- A supportive team that’s got your back (and your snacks)
- Steady scheduling—your life matters too
- Training, growth, and maybe a few high-fives
- Perks like shift meals (they are free!), a great team, and employee appreciation so good it might make you cry (happy tears only)
Ready to make a difference, one dose at a time?
Send us your résumé, and a short note about why you rock at what you do. Bonus points if you include your favorite comfort food or a feel-good story from the job.
