JOB PURPOSE: Provides beverages and hospitality to casino guests
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

Circulates beverage cart around assigned area, takes orders, and serves drinks to customers

Dispenses drinks to customers from beverage bar

Keeps beverage cart and bar area clean and neat

Stocks all necessary items for next shift

May be required to work in other areas of Food & Beverage as needed
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS (KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES):
- Must be at least 21 years of age or older

Good verbal communication and customer relation skills

Ability to handle a variety of customer requests and personalities

Must be people oriented and courteous
REQUIRED EDUCATION OR COMBINATION OF EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
- High School Diploma or GED
- No experience necessary; Willing to train
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS/WORK ENVIRONMENT:
- Casino setting; Shift work; Required to work weekends, holidays, and overtime

Standing/Walking, 100% for up to 4 hours at a time

Lifting up to 35 lbs.
- Balancing trays, pushing beverage cart

Exposure to cigarette smoke and noise

Must follow safety precautions and requirements
