What you will do
Provide hands-on troubleshooting for electrical systems and controls to quickly resolve equipment downtime and restore production
Support maintenance and operations teams with technical expertise on recurring system, process, and equipment issues
Analyze equipment and process data to identify failure trends and implement long-term reliability improvements
Assist in planning and executing maintenance work, outages, and repair projects
Lead small capital and maintenance-related projects from planning through execution
Serve as a technical resource to frontline maintenance teams, providing guidance and training as needed
Support continuous improvement efforts tied to safety, quality, and equipment performance
Work cross-functionally with operations, maintenance, and engineering teams to resolve technical challenges
Respond to urgent production issues during off-hours and provide ongoing shift support
What you bring
High school diploma or equivalent required; technical degree is a plus
3+ years of experience working with electrical systems and controls in an industrial or manufacturing environment
Hands-on experience troubleshooting production equipment in a live plant setting
Strong understanding of maintenance practices and equipment reliability
Nice to have
Experience working with programmable logic controllers, drives, and industrial instrumentation
Background in failure analysis and structured problem solving methods
Exposure to continuous improvement environments such as lean manufacturing
Experience with combustion systems or process heating equipment
Ability to work in a team-based, production-driven environment
Schedule + Environment
12-hour overnight shift with initial training on days
Requires off-hours support, including weekends and occasional travel
Fast-paced, production-focused environment with high accountability for equipment uptime
