Residential Program Manager

Specialized Housing, Inc. is seeking a full-time Residential Program Manager to lead one of our homes in Brookline, supporting ten wonderful adults with developmental disabilities in a model of supported, independent living.
This home has a strong and engaged community of residents, families, and staff who are deeply committed to helping individuals live fulfilling, independent lives. We are looking for an organized, positive, and flexible professional who enjoys building relationships, supporting others, and creating opportunities for personal growth.
Schedule
- Monday-Thursday: 2:00 PM - 10:00 PM
- Friday: 12:00 PM - 8:00 PM
- 40 hours per week
- In-person position
- Participation in on-call responsibilities required
What You'll Do
- Oversee the day-to-day operations and safety of the home
- Supervise and support house staff, including live-in, weekend, and coverage staff
- Foster an environment that promotes resident independence and personal growth
- Support residents with personal care needs and medication reminders as needed
- Develop and maintain routines and strategies that encourage independent living skills
- Plan, shop for, and prepare healthy meals for residents
- Cook dinner five evenings per week
- Assist residents with transportation coordination and money management
- Schedule and attend medical, vocational, and other appointments
- Communicate professionally with families, healthcare providers, and other support professionals
- Celebrate resident achievements and support residents in reaching their personal goals

- Able to receive feedback and work collaboratively with the Clinical Director (direct supervisor)
- Passionate about supporting adults with developmental disabilities
- Able to build positive relationships with residents, families, and staff

Compensation
Salary: $59,000 - $61,000 per year
