Job Summary
We’re looking for enthusiastic and detail-focused Remote Booking Agent to join our growing team! In this role, you’ll help clients create memorable travel experiences by assisting with vacation planning and reservations, including cruises, all-inclusive resorts, theme park trips, and getaway packages.

Key Responsibilities
- Connect with clients to learn about their travel goals, preferences, budget, and overall trip vision
- Research and suggest personalized travel options, including accommodations, transportation, activities, dining experiences, and vacation packages
- Coordinate bookings and manage reservation details, updates, and changes accurately
- Share destination knowledge, travel guidelines, supplier promotions, and available offers
- Provide exceptional support throughout the client journey before, during, and after travel
- Stay current on travel trends, industry updates, supplier information, and special promotions
Preferred Qualifications
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Excellent organization and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently in a remote setting
- Comfortable using online systems, digital tools, and virtual platforms (training available)
- Background in hospitality, sales, customer service, or travel is helpful but not required
