Are you creative, tech-savvy, and passionate about marketing? Diversified Transfer & Storage is seeking a Digital Marketing and User Support Specialist to grow our brand while providing day-to-day technology support for our team.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage social media accounts and create engaging content.
- Design graphics, advertisements, newsletters, and promotional materials.
- Produce marketing, training, and safety videos.
- Help grow our digital presence through creative marketing campaigns.
- Provide IT support for computers, software, printers, and Microsoft 365.
- Assist with our phone system, user accounts, and other technology projects.
Qualifications
- Experience with social media marketing and content creation.
- Graphic design and photo/video editing skills.
- IT support or help desk experience.
- Strong communication, creativity, and problem-solving skills.
- Experience with Microsoft 365; Azure/Entra and networking experience are a plus.
