Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled and motivated Installer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have experience in HVAC systems, and equipment repair. As an Installer, you will be responsible for installation projects, ensuring high-quality workmanship, and providing exceptional service to our clients. Duties
- Perform installation projects for HVAC systems, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations.
- Learn and engage with the install lead to complete jobs in a timely and quality manner
- Conduct inspections of installed equipment to ensure optimal performance and adherence to specifications.
- Perform troubleshooting and repairs on refrigeration systems, including ammonia refrigeration units.
- Utilize tools such as ohmmeters for testing electrical components and ensuring system functionality.
- Maintain accurate records of installations, repairs, and service calls.
- Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and provide solutions.
- Collaborate with other team members to enhance overall service delivery.
Experience
- Proven experience as an installer in the HVAC industry for a minimum of two years.
- Strong knowledge of air conditioning systems, refrigeration principles, and property maintenance practices.
- Proficiency in equipment repair techniques, including welding when necessary.
- Familiarity with safety standards related to HVAC installations.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

Pay: $20.00 - $45.00 per hour
