Warehouse Supervisor
We are currently hiring for a Warehouse Supervisor to oversee the daily operations of our facility. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness, organization, safety, and the standardization of company policies.
Core Responsibilities:
- Operational Oversight: Manage the daily flow of goods (receiving, storing, picking, packing, and shipping) and assist with loading and unloading trucks.
- Inventory Control: Maintain inventory accuracy through regular counts, audits, and oversight.
- Safety and Compliance: Enforce all safety protocols to ensure a secure work environment.
- Maintenance: Handle minor building maintenance or schedule necessary repair services.
- Technology: Utilize company computer systems to help in day to day operations.
- Facility Optimization/Cleanliness: Implement warehouse procedures to maximize storage and cleanliness.
- Truck Fleet: Delegate and oversee the cleanliness and maintenance of the truck fleet.
Requirements and Qualifications:
- Experience: 3–5+ years in warehouse operations
- Skills: Strong leadership, multitasking, and problem-solving abilities.
- Communication: Clear verbal and written communication skills for coordinating with internal departments and external partners.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks including standing, walking, squatting, and reaching for extended periods.
- Certifications: Forklift certification is preferred, but can be obtained.
Position Details:
- Schedule: This is a salaried position. As we are a seasonal event hospitality company, hours vary between a 5-day work week during slower periods and a 6-day work week (including Saturdays and some Sundays) during peak seasons.
- Compensation: $60,000 per year plus benefits, including health, dental, vision, and PTO.
