Spanish Exploradores is hiring enthusiastic Daytime Preschool Spanish Enrichment Teachers for the 2026-2027 school year. Our instructors visit local preschools to lead fun, interactive Spanish classes through music, movement, storytelling, games, crafts, and hands-on activities.
This flexible part-time position is ideal for educators who enjoy making learning exciting while helping children build confidence in a second language.

Spanish Exploradores is a local, award-winning enrichment company that partners with preschools throughout the Main Line and surrounding communities. We believe children learn best by participating, exploring, and having fun.
Our lessons are taught using an immersion-inspired approach that encourages children to understand and use Spanish naturally through meaningful activities rather than translation or memorization.
What You'll Do
As a Preschool Spanish Enrichment Teacher, you will:
- Travel to one or more local preschools during the school day
- Lead engaging Spanish enrichment classes for preschool-aged children
- Teach through songs, movement, stories, games, crafts, and imaginative play
- Create a warm, encouraging classroom environment
- Follow our curriculum while bringing your own creativity and enthusiasm to each lesson
- Build positive relationships with preschool staff and students
Schedule
- Part-time
- Approximately 2-10 hours per week
- Monday-Friday
- Classes take place during preschool hours (generally between 9:00 a.m. and 3:00 p.m.)
- Teaching schedule depends on school assignments
- Additional teaching opportunities may become available as our programs grow
Compensation
$50-$70 per hour, depending on experience and qualifications.
Qualifications
We're looking for someone who:
- Is fluent in both Spanish and English
- Has experience teaching preschool or early childhood students
- Enjoys working with children ages 3-5
- Brings energy, patience, and creativity to every class
- Is comfortable singing, dancing, reading stories, and leading interactive activities
- Can confidently manage a classroom using positive behavior strategies
- Is dependable, organized, and punctual
- Works well independently
- Can comfortably lift and transport classroom materials weighing up to 25 pounds
Candidates who are native Spanish speakers or who have lived in a Spanish-speaking country are encouraged to apply.
Requirements
- Reliable personal vehicle
- Valid driver's license
- Willingness to travel to local preschool locations
- Pennsylvania State Police Criminal Record Check
- Pennsylvania Child Abuse History Clearance
- FBI Fingerprint Clearance
- CPR/First Aid certification (required before teaching; reimbursement available after meeting the employment requirements outlined in your agreement)
Employment is contingent upon completion of all required clearances and screenings in accordance with applicable laws.
