We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented team member to join our dairy operation. You will focus on calf care, barn cleanliness, and managing fresh cows within our robotic milking system.
Key Responsibilities
- Feed Calves: Mix milk replacer, deliver fresh water, and provide grain to calves daily.
- Clean Barns: Scrape stalls, bed calf pens, and maintain clean walkways for herd health.
- Manage Fresh Cows: Guide recently calved cows into the robotic milkers and monitor their data.
- Monitor Health: Check calves and fresh cows daily for signs of illness or distress.
- Maintain Equipment: Clean and sanitize robotic milking units and calf feeding equipment according to daily protocols.
Typical shift: 3:30 PM - 8:30 PM (Some flexibility based on availability)
