Qualifications
- Valid Texas Level IV PPO Certification.
- Valid Texas TCOLE
- Prior law enforcement, military, or executive protection experience.
- Minimum age: 21.
- Clean criminal background and ability to pass drug screening.
- Strong communication and report‑writing skills.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and travel assignments.
- Proven experience in security roles or law enforcement is highly desirable
- Strong knowledge of surveillance technology such as CCTV systems and monitoring procedures
- Certification in first aid and CPR to effectively respond to medical emergencies
- Familiarity with conflict management strategies and de-escalation techniques
- Excellent observational skills with an eye for detail and suspicious behavior detection
- Ability to stand, walk, or sit for extended periods while maintaining alertness throughout shifts
