Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic To-go Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional guest services and ensuring a seamless experience for customers placing take-out orders. Your ability to communicate effectively, manage guest relations, and utilize our POS system will be essential in delivering outstanding service.
Duties
- Greet guests warmly and assist them with their take-out orders.
- Communicate clearly and effectively with guests to ensure their needs are met.
- Utilize the Toast POS system to process orders accurately and efficiently.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area to enhance the guest experience.
- Handle phone calls with professionalism, providing information about menu items and specials.
- Packaging food items for take-out, ensuring quality and presentation standards are met.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely preparation of orders.
- Address any guest inquiries or concerns promptly and courteously.
Prreferred
- Previous experience in guest services or food service is preferred.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Excellent phone etiquette and ability to engage with guests positively.
- Familiarity with POS systems, particularly Toast, is a plus.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- A friendly demeanor with a passion for helping others.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends as needed.
