Guardian Home Health Care & Hospice is thrilled to welcome a Physical Therapist to join our dynamic home health team, providing care directly in patients' homes.
We Offer:
- Flexible hours
- 5 to 20 referrals at the discretion and availability of PT.
- The scheduling team will assist you with visit confirmation.
- Bi-weekly payday (Electronic bank-to-bank paychecks).
- You can work as a W2 or 1099 independent contractor (subject to submission for state-required docs).
