Greet customers and visitors in a friendly and professional manner

Answer and direct incoming phone calls promptly and courteously

Assist customers with questions and direct them to the appropriate department or team member

Take accurate messages and ensure they are delivered to the appropriate team members

Maintain a clean, organized and professional reception area
